Hello all, If the forecasts are to be believed, it will soon be time to dust of your kit and get on the water again. We seem to have been in a northerly airstream for such a long time now that it will be somewhat refreshing to feel the south-westerly wind on our faces, let's hope the Met Office have got things right.
Clearance and Second-hand To wet your appetite, we have attached our latest clearance and second-hand list, especially worth looking at are the WINTER WETSUIT clearance lines, don't be fooled by air temperatures, the water is going to take a long time to warm up this Spring after such a prolonged cold spell, you'll need a winter suit much later this year!!! Kayaks If you are looking to purchase a sit-on-top Kayak, the TEKSPORT range represent particularly good value, there are new models, including a 2 seater and fishing variations, being made in the UK they have not suffered significant price rises due to currency fluctuation. New stock arrives before Easter. Kitesurfing Our affiliation with Southampton Kitesurfing continues for 2010 and we will be expanding our range of products. if you are looking for a great deal, we have a few Liquid Force boards and kites at special prices. Classified Ads The Classified Ads facility on our site is becoming popular, it's free, take advantage to advertise your kit or post a wanted advert. Vandal products Vandal products are really getting noticed in the UK, top wave sailor, Jamie Hancock, recently joined their International team and will rise the sails plus Tabou boards. Jamie will be supplying with feedback from his recent trip to Cape Town which will be posted on our site front page. The next issue of BOARDS magazine contains a test of the 6.5 ADDICT Freeride sail, it stacks up well against the competition, Windsurf magazine have a 5.6 Reverb, 7.5 Addict and 7.5 Stitch (a truly amazing looking sail!) for testing, we have no doubt that they will class these alongside all the top brand products.
